A production company built like a film crew and run like a business
Rich In Spirit Productions was founded by director and producer Damian "Rich" Gordon to make work that looks like a major production and moves like a small team. Based in New Orleans and Los Angeles, we produce music videos, commercials, brand films and content for artists, brands, hospitality companies and organizations.
How we work
Our work has been watched more than 75 million times, including official videos for Rob49, Monaleo and Stone Cold Jzzle. That scale taught us two things we bring to every client: an image has to stop the scroll in the first second, and a production has to deliver on schedule no matter what.
On most projects the director you hire is the director who shows up and the one who delivers the file: Rich directs, shoots and cuts, with crew scaled to the brief. No account manager, no handoff.
